Delivery

We currently despatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only,

with our cut-off for same day despatch on one of these days being 11:30am.

​

We use Royal Mail for most standard deliveries and DPD / UPS for heavier parcels and courier services. 

​

We aim to post all orders within 2 working days of receipt unless otherwise stated.

​

Orders placed over a weekend or during a national bank holiday will be posted on the next working day.

​

There may be times when we are closed for the purposes of posting.

This will be announced in the header of our website, and orders during these times will be posted as advised. 

​

All supplements are despatched in tamper-proof packaging.

Orders are packaged in a padded envelope or suitable cardboard box. 

​

Larger orders may require that someone is available to accept delivery.

We offer free delivery via Royal Mail 24 on all UK Mainland orders,

with the option to upgrade to a courier service for £5.95 per order.

We will issue a full refund if the product is returned unopened and undamaged within 28 days of purchase.

Exchanges

If your package arrives damaged please photograph before opening the packaging and email the photographs to sales@vitacure.co.uk.

​

Once you have opened the packaging if the foil bag has been damaged please photograph and email to sales@vitacure.co.uk.

 

Although every care is taken to ensure your product arrives in a satisfactory manner we realise they can be damaged during transit, so if you wish to exchange please return the product (foil bag or bags) unopened to Vitacure Ltd., Greenhey Place, Skelmersdale, WN8 9SA, UK and we will send you a brand new package out the same day.
